Description
Some of Miss Aniela’s most well-known works incorporate elements of famous classical works of art into her photos to form a hybrid fusion and new creative vision. It is no easy task, the artist attests, to bring the elements together in a way that both honours the original works and feasibly transforms them into a new work of art altogether. Having tried it many times on failed works, she professes to pursue only those that truly work compatibly – and beautifully – with their “transplanted” parts, and to feel the true soul of a new artistic identity in itself.
