Do you ship worldwide?
No we don’t ship worldwide at the moment. However, please email us at enquiries@lalunasoul.co.uk and depending on the product we may be able to agree a shipping cost directly with you.
Do you do prints in custom size?
Yes we do! We are always happy to help you regarding prints. If you have a size in mind that isn’t listed on our website please contact us via email enquiries@lalunasoul.co.uk.
However, some of our named Artists will only be able to sell their Prints in the sizes stated on our website.
What are the sizes?

What is the paper thickness
All of our prints are professionally printed onto the finest quality 300gsm fine art paper with care for our environment.
Can I return a Personalised Product?
No, unfortunately we cannot accept or refund any item that has been made to order.
What if my item arrives faulty?
We do our best to ensure all items will arrive with you safely and in perfect condition however in the unlikely event that your item does arrive damaged in anyway please email us at enquiries@lalunasoul.co.uk with your order details and photos of the damages and we will get back to you asap.
What are the delivery dates for pre orders?
If an item is pre ordered the approximate delivery date will be specified in the description but we cannot guarantee a specific date.
